About Us

The Greater Milwaukee Chapter of ASIS has been a great place to network and learn while collaborating with other security and business professionals over the past 50 years.

Today, our dynamic business approach to networking, social events, educational and certification opportunities are aimed to stimulate and engage our members with subject matter experts.

With approximately 200 Milwaukee-area members, we encourage non-members that wish to attend our meetings and events to contact an ASIS member in good standing to attend as their guest. We welcome new, challenging ideas. We do our finest to bring you the “best value” in security, safety and in the disciplines of risk mitigation for you and your business.

We are proud to partner with all venues of law enforcement in order to keep communication open and instill the trust and comradely efforts needed between private and public affiliations.

By registering at the national level, you automatically become a member at the chapter level. Click here to complete the registration process.

As our community mourns the loss of a true downtown champion, Officer Tom Kline, we are committed to raising awareness about resources for mental health services and help.

Next week, September 6 - 12, 2020 is National Suicide Prevention Week, and as part of this week-long campaign, we encourage you to participate with social media posts and our downtown-wide light up in blue and purple on Thursday, September 10, 2020 from 7:00pm - 12:00am (midnight) for World Suicide Prevention Day.

Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21 is currently working with various community partners and the Mayor's Office to light up City Hall for World Suicide Prevention Day next Thursday.
