Sean holds a Diploma in Security Services from Ashworth College. He began his career in the Security Industry over 15 years ago as a Security Officer. Since, he has contributed to the industry and taken on progressive responsibilities in such roles as General Manager and Vice President. He has a can-do service approach toward clients and a servant leadership mentality with employees.

Angela Gierach
Angela Gierach is a seasoned Security Technology Professional with over a decade of experience in physical security systems, risk management, and program leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Security Specialist at Northwestern Mutual, Angela leads enterprise-scale security initiatives, including technology strategy, systems integration, and risk intelligence. She has a strong background in access control, video management, and data-driven security operations, with a passion for building resilient and forward-thinking security programs. As Vice Chair of the ASIS Milwaukee Chapter, she is committed to advancing industry standards and fostering professional collaboration across the security community.
